Do I need a gym?
No! Your workouts will be structured around you and what’s enjoyable and available. Whether thats with just you and a yoga mat or a workout plan specifically for the gym. I have qualifications as a Pilates instructor, a PT, in Yoga and an extensive dance background
Is this suitable for beginners?
Of course - workouts are adjusted for your experience level and reviewed frequently.
How many workouts per week?
Weeks 1 - 4 = 3 structured sessions. Weeks 5-12 = 4 structured sessions
Is nutrition included?
Yes! Simple guidelines designed for busy schedules. Small tips & changes can make the biggest difference.
What happens if I miss a workout?
The system is designed to keep you on track. With weekly 1-2-1 calls and mindset modules to help you prioritise your goals as non-negotioble
